Nexus 7 can't update to 4.3 Tried everything

I've had this Nexus 7 for 6 months now and its been alright (Was rooted and now unrooted). Recently a system update was in my notifications so i attempted to install it. About 1/3 way, the little android just suddenly lays down with a red yield sign saying Error! So i searched it up and tried to manually install it. I've tried sideloading it, failed. I've tried flashing the official google rom for 4.3, failed. I don't know what else i can do. Can somebody find me another way (detailed)?
