Help Nexus 7 Lollipop?

So I have a Nexus 7 2013 running 4.4.4, but for some reason I can't download the Lollipop update. It doesn't even show up. Is there any reason for this?

Do you know how to use adb & fastboot? If so you can download the update to a PC and flash it manually.

Unfortunately I don't have a PC, even if I knew how to use adb & fastboot.

In that case all I can suggest is to go into settings/about device and find the option to check for updates. If that doesn't help I'm sorry but that's all I can think of.
