Help Nexus 7 Problem

So my nexus 7 was having the problem when it doesn't charge. I did the reboot multiple times yesterday and it did nothing to help. Today I just plugged it in to try again but magically the battery symbol popped up and seemed like it was charging. Ive left it charging with the original plug (into my computer just in case) and even though it shows its charging the battery is still at 0%. Now what is my problem??!!

The N7 requires quite a bit of power to charge, especially if it is in a deep discharge state.

The factory charger that came with the tablet puts out the power the tab needs, if you don't have it then you need to use an adapter that outputs a full 2 amps.

Plugging the tablet into a ordinary USB port of a computer will not suffice, make sure you are using the OEM charging adapter or a adapter that puts out a full 2 amps.

If severely discharged then you may have to leave the tab on a 2 amp charger for a day or longer before even trying to turn it on.

Computer's USB ports only provide 500mAh, you should look for smartphone chargers which usually provide 1A of current.

Woohooguy is completely right, just leave it on wallcharger for a few days give or take and then power it on.

It should come back to life.
