So I was just using my Nexus 7 and it ran out of battery, so I just plugged it into the charger, but after it turned back on and I unlocked it, in a matter of seconds it just shuts down and all you see and hear is static. I've tried turning it on multiple times but the same thing keeps happening over and over. Anyone have any solutions?

Do you even make it to the Google screen?
How long did you let it charge? I drained the battery once. Took like 30 mins before it was charged enough to boot up.
If it won't make it to the Google screen, I'd say call the play store or Asus.
If it's getting to the Google screen, then glitching out, try holding power + both volume up and down for like 30 seconds. See if you get into the bootloader
