Got a couple questions...

I won't be in the US until August 20th, would you be willing to wait that long if I was to buy it? If not, I understand.

Also, any minor scratches here and there? I just want to be able to picture the phone in my mind. Also, any type of faulty software problems plaguing it or nething like that?

I'm torn between the Nexus One and the SE Xperia X10. >____> Lol.
