Nexus S on Rogers

I will be getting a Nexus S soon as a late Xmas/Bday gift. I want to know if anyone here is using the Nexus S on Rogers. If so, how is using data on Edge?

I dont think the Nexus S will work on Rogers,I read some where that the GSM or something will not work.Dont hold me to that though !
