NFC desktop Readers

Hi Friends,
I am new Here. Actually, Our group is making desktop reader/writer for MiFare Cards, using PN531 as NFC reader IC. Our reader, now, can read write to MiFare Cards. But it can not read secure elements from NFC enabled mobile phones. Does anyone know about it? Please help.
