I'll be moving to FL but still want to catch my NY teams during their respective seasons, and the packages from cable are expensive. On Comcast in FL, not sure if they are even on high def. Verizon Wirless has an NFL package that's probably inexpensive but I'm sure you have to use up data charges. Anyone know anything about this?

The NFL app will use data but shouldn't be much if you stay away from the videos. To get video feeds using the NFL app you need to subscribe to the NFL mobile package which is an extra $5 a month but will still use data to watch the videos.
I'm also looking for other options but I don't think there will be since Verizon is a official sponsor of the NFL.
