It seems like Night Light has been available in the Dev and Beta Chrome OS channels for a bit, but I just realized that it's also accessible with the v62 Stable that's on my PixelBook.
Just head over to chrome://flags/#ash-enable-night-light, enable it, restart, and dip over to Settings > Device > Displays to adjust the tint and schedule to suit your needs:
