My Thunderbolt has had a broken screen for over a week. I have been holding out for the Nexus. I called earlier this week and put a note in my account for a manager override to get an early upgrade. I am due on 12/28, only 2 weeks. But, they tell me they cant do the upgrade on an "Iconic" device. That there is absolutely nothing even a manager can do. Is this true, or can i push the subject and someone on the management level can get it done?
