Help no 3 or 4g connection.

my girlfriend just got the razr today. and it wont pick up any internet unless its connected to wireless.

text messages and phone calls work fine. but nothing that requires data will work.

is there a chance its a bad sim card or something?

Haha yes.
Now she is getting sim card authorization error

Yes I did.
Ended up doing a data wipe and all is good for now
