I was able to export my Outlook contacts to my Gmail contacts using a CSV file without to many issues. However, my phone seems to synch oinly the email and phone numbers. Will it not store an address for gContacts? That would be a bummer.
It looks like Gmail recognized only phone numbers and emails from your CSV file. Its hard to figure out other info since CSV format is just plain text.
