No audio from a small video

I received a short 5 second video from my brother's Iphone. I can see the video playing, yet I hear no audio. He sent the same file to my PC which has a .MOV file extension. I hear audio on my PC. Does anyone have an idea as to why it won't play audio on my phone? Thanks.

If you're using native player, could be audio codec. Try downloading another player.
