Hey guys, I got a kyocera rise and no matter what eq i use. There is no bass coming from my headphones. If anyone can offer any tips that would be great. Thanks,

Best advice is .. get some different headphones.
The problem is almost invariably an issue with the headphones / speakers. To check this is actually the issue, go somewhere that sells good quality headphones and try them with your device.

Before buying other expensive headphones check you audio player settings or try to download another music player. Surely you can choose from several presets

Get earphones with the rubber tips (not the old style ear buds which frankly don't seat properly). Make sure you use the correct size rubber tips (S, M, L) & make sure you get a proper seal with them or the bass will be out.
Get some closed cans (sealed headphones, not the ones with vents on the outside those are open cans & will annoy everyone near you).
Listen to music that has some bass.
Watch your hearing!
