no battery alarm

Hello,

on android 9, I checked the System UI/Battery notification, they are ON

but I always end up with my phone turned off unexpectedly, having to recharge it

I just receive NO notifications for low battery

any help appreciated

Is your phone supposed to have a battery alarm? Did it work before?

My Huawei phone gives an alarm and notification at 20%, and then 10% battery. But not all devices have this feature.
