No Boot, no Recovery, No fastboot on LG R Watch R

After error on internal storage (only 1 gb)
I deleted all partition on the smart watch using partinions on Windows 10.
The smart watch doesn't boot up and the pc doesn't recognize the device. How can I reinstall the boot and the recovery?

Without a bootloader, you're not going to be able to do much of anything with it. Sorry, but it's hosed.
