Help me please!! Unique problem unable to find on any forums! I have a Samsing Galaxy SII E120 HD LTE and when I receive SMS's no caller ID is displayed (and no number) as such I can't even press the reply button. Caller ID is working fine for phone calls and outgoing SMS's. A furthur problem that may be related is that i cannot send SMS's using other SMS applications but it works fine with the default app. Any solutions?? Love everything else about the phone.....very frustrating!

phone from korea galaxy notes. any way to update the firmware to address this problem?
My archaic workaround, is to use Handcent SMS app.
This app seem to able to read who the text is from. Then I use the default program to send a new SMS, as you can't use the REPLY option.
Ofcourse you don't have the fancy thread type, reply and response timeline.
I have also tried Go SMS Pro, but can't send or receive txt correctly.

hi guys same problem here also!!!out of the blue any sms I get is defined as no caller id!! the thing is that I don't want to use apps for sms..
btw this happened after i did the latest software upgrade!!anyone knows who to downgrade??
