Help No Command Error

HELP PLEASE!!! My Note 4 from Sprint recently received the Marshmallow update. 2 days later it atarted freezing and rebooting. Ive wiped the cache, performed aeveral master resets atill aame thing...last time i noticed that when I went to reboot menu to reset, it said inatalling system update then the android guy fell over and it said no command....Please help me
