No connect WiFi network

Hello all.
I have a trouble with my cellphone for 2 weeks.

I have attached 2 pictures here for you guys understand better.

I can't get the ip address from the router.
after few minutes appears the message (second pic)

this issue happen in any WiFi network... and I have already tested with other cellphone (same model and others) works good. why?

the android version is 4.1.2
Model number is: GT-I8190L

Please if you guys know something about it let me know.

Long-press each connection. Choose "forget". When you have no more connections, try to connect to the one you want. (If the phone "remembers" a connection with the same name but different security, it won't connect to it.)

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Have you tried a battery pull on your device yet, might fix the issue.
