no device commected

[Android Question]

Have a HTC sensation. Had it syncing with my computer fine...Just the other day hooked it up to sync my Microsoft Calendar and got the message no device connected...I dont think I changed anythig. I have tried several data cords and several computers ...I have never been able to update my phone, it always says there is an update but when it goes to download it ...it says cant do at this time. So i never get the update. Any help you may give me will help. You can reply here or my email is [redacted]. THANKS!

Try going to Settings - Aplications - select the All tab, then look for Google Services and Google Gramework. Make sure to clear the data and cache on both of them and reboot your phone. That should help you pull down the update.

If that doesn't work, try rebooting into stock recovery and clearing your data and cache.
