No display on my phone, just a message 'unfortunately Three app cloud has stopped'

Can anyone help just setting up my replacement phone and having the above problem. wifi working, sim activated and can receive calls, Can access settings okay and all apps,phone directory etc are there. just cant access anything

I'm slightly confused.. you say you can access settings, phone and apps... But you can't access anything at all....



Also can you let us know if you have rooted your phone?

Is that a popup box every time you start on your homescreen that keeps you from doing anything else?

Yes #dontpanicbobby - this is the exact problem I am having, a popup box on my homescreen preventing me from doing anything - please help!!

Factory Reset using a button combination and if you remember the last app you installed before it happened don't use it again.@djh81.
