Android Question

Guest
I just recently updated my LG Optimus L9 from whatever version of android it had to Jelly Bean. Used to, before accessing certain videos or music, an option to download the file would appear. This is no longer the case with my current version. I was just wondering what the problem could be, or if it might be attributable to me no longer having phone service since I am connected via wifi at the moment.

Thanks,

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! Hopefully I can help you with your issue.

Due to the newer version, your options may have changed. I would explore the tabs in the app and see if you find the option you are looking for. It may be as simple as long pressing the screen to pull up that option.

You also have the option of installing a new browser. Personally, I use Chrome and Boat browser because they have both have different options to choose from. Also, one may work better for a specific task than the other.

The fact that you are using wifi only now should not affect the browser options.

Hopefully the answers I have provided will help you answer your question. If not, I invite you to join Android Forums and explore the section for your device.
