No dual SIM on the T-Mobile (USA) variant

Quite frankly I don't think there would be any point in making a locked dual-SIM phone. I've never heard of such a thing. And presumably T-Mobile doesn't want people using the competition's SIMs in their phones.

I have this in the UK on Vodafone, i'm assuming the phone isn't locked because I have my Vodafone sim card in the phone as well as my old GiffGaff (O2) sim card. Maybe, due to it being less available in the US, T-Mobile have locked them?

Have a T-Mobile SIM and an ATT SIM in my dual SIM Blu phone. Both accounts active. Guess which one doesn't work? Not saying that the topic of this thread has anything to do with it, but it is disappointing since previous single SIM T-Mobile phones/accounts worked just fine in my area.
