No Fingerprint hardware is detected

It was working before and then I delete all my fingerprints and reset my phone and I get that error message now. It should still be working. I've tried wiping cache partition I've disabled the kill all activities thing in developer options. I've even reset my phone a few more times. I don't have a custom rom. How do I fix this? Someone help me please.

The reason I originally reset my phone the first time was because of ads popping up all the time

if its the
ZTE Blade X
try making sure you are up to date on software if that doesnt work then back-up and factory reset. might have een a glitch in your ota update. worth a try.... BACKUP FIRST !
