Help no front camera switch button

I just got a phone. The Motorola moto x 2nAndroid generation. On videos and stuff I've watched they all have a working front camera and a button in the camera to switch from back view to front. I dont seem to have that button is there another way to switch it or to turn the front camera on?

If you tap the screen your camera feature buttons should appear.

In the Motorola camera app, when you see video from the rear camera you have two buttons at the bottom. One for video mode and one with a camera rotating icon. That is switch
