Help no ID passed with URI.

Dear People

I do not understand something ...
i am trying to sort out my sons phone ...
he wants to download an app .. instagram ..or any app really
although he can log onto google i cannot go to google play store
every time i try i come to the screen that says ...

Missing ID
no ID passed with URI.

and there it ends ... i cannot enter google play .. i cannot download google APK for the same reason
I see that play store did not come pre loaded on the phone as far as i can see
so i am at a stop ....
can anyone help ? am i in the right part of the forum ?

phone is a Samsung GT S55570...its a mini ...
there is no SD card

Because Google no longer supports the ancient Market app on your device. It's been called Play for a few years now.

To fix, see if there's any updates available. If it can't be updated, you'll need to replace it with something newer, that it supported by Google. That phone is a decade old, and Android devices have improved immensely in ten years. That Samsung GT, It's probably like trying to use an old Windows 98 computer in 2019

It's not only the Market app, it's very unlikely that any apps and games will work on it now

i also have the same problem ...when i try to download the google playstore app it doesnt open please help.im using samsung galaxy 11
