ROMs No lock screen.zip

I think I am posting in the right place. Forgive me if im not.

I Downloaded the nosenselockscreen.zip off of xda but I do not know how to flash it

Do I use Rom manager? If so when I do that which boxes do I check before flashing? I.e wipe David cache wipe data etc.

Flashed in clockwork, wipe just the dalvik. Make a backup first.
