how can i download ???

_how can i access my memory card or explore it ???

Lg web site and into support.

For your sd card you will need to install Astro. It will give you acces to browse your card and do application backup and restore.

But upgrade your phone first since Astro is on the market.

did you purchase your phone used? don't see why a new phone won't have it....

if you did buy it used, suggest doing a Hard Reset in your settings, that's what i did when I get my 2nd hand phone....
