Help No marketplace

Hello,

I've bought a new Tattoo recently and when I had time to get into it I found out I don't have a "Market" program, or anything similar to access the marketplace, like my dad has on his G1.

I downloaded something called "Slide me" which was on the bookmarks originally and it looks like some kind of marketplace but does not seem to have every app.

What's wrong with my phone?
