No Memo or Notepad app in Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro?

Hello,

Just got a Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro from Tracfone. I transferred all my apps, contacts etc. from my old tracfone. But when I went to transfer my notes to myself from my old phone's Memo app, I saw that my new phone doesn't have one. Is this a mistake? Must I download a third party Memo app from an app store? Thanks.

Okay, guess I'll have to. But I wonder why they would omit such a basic phone feature for this device?

Samsung does do S-Note, which isn't third-party of course.

But there are a plethora of other note and memo apps available. I use OneNote myself.
