How much space do you have on the phone? That's the only thing that matters.
Remember that moving apps really only moves part of the app and not its data, so internal space still fillls up, just more slowly.

The HTC Desire 620 is a relatively low-spec model. With only 8GB of storage, once you account for the operating system that doesn't leave you with much free storage space to begin with. Unfortunately that 8GB is a given so you need to just accept that you're going to continuously need to take active work-around measures to free up a few MBs here and there.
Any possibility you can switch to a newer, more capable phone? One with more storage memory that just works without the hassle.
