Your best route would be to register on the forums and ask again in the forum for your phone so that a 2 way discussion can be held, but have you checked the following:
Mobile data is enabled
Network mode is set to auto
Apn is correctly configured for your carrier
Network is set to your carrier
There is a data signal where you are (I can't get mobile data where I live)
