No more account balance towards new phone purchase?

Does VM no longer allow you to apply your account balance towards the purchase of a new phone?
That's how I got my current phone but that was a few years ago. I don't see that option any more when I try to check out.
 
I would contact Verizon at 1-800-922-0204 for more information regarding this.

Better that you contact Virgin Mobile. Their social media representatives, who operate on Twitter and Facebook, often have the best information give the fastest answers, and are U.S. based native speakers of English to boot.

Lol, thanks, AML. I was working at the time and thought he was talking about a Verizon issue.

Guess it's true that when multitasking, you just end up doing every task a little worse, lol.
