I have google talk. I have account configured on my phone. first it will not let me sign you
and it will not let me use my google phone number for incoming phone calls. I have spent 2 hours looking for someone to ask a simple question. please direct me to someone to answer my question not a stupid forum it does not

I can see you are frustrated, so I will make an effort to get your question answered. First let me make sure you are referring to Google Talk (gTalk) and not Google Voice. Google Talk is an IP based messaging service where Google voice is a unified phone number voicemail service.

If you could be a little more specific about when exactly you are attempting to do and how it doesn't work, as well as let us know which phone model and carrier you are using, it would be very helpful in resolving your issue.
