No more in store instant rebates?

I've noticed lately that when you look at the phones page on the metropcs web site they no longer say "in store instant rebate" like it used to. Does that mean ALL rebates are now mail in only?
 
Actually no. If you qualify for your upgrade, or are switching to MetroPCS, you'll receive instant rebates on pretty much all Metro Phones.
