I've been using my phone for nearly 2 years and a half, and it's my first time facing this problem.
Sometimes, I hear the sound of incoming calls and notifications, but sometimes I don't.
I've tried everything, like factory resetting, downloading new software, and resetting the sittings.
nothing has worked.
and I can hear the keyboard sound, and when I play a music or a video, there's no problem at all.
anyone has faced this problem before?!
