No Notification sound in Weatherbug Elite

Hi All,

I am using the Weather Bug Elite app downloaded from the Amazon appstore running on Droid 1, Cyanogen Mod 7.0.3.

I can not get the notifications to play a sound both when an alert pops pops up or when I am chooseing a notification from the list in the app. Its as if they have been silenced.

All other sounds/ringtones/notifications on my phone are working fine.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
