I just got a new s7 on Thursday and I cannot get any of my notifications to play for email, or any of the other apps that I want to receive notifications for...I also noticed that when I hold the phone the speaker sounds warbly and the volume is low. If I put phone down it is ok.
ALSO: I had a factory reset yesterday thru Sprint as my phone would not open with the saved fingerprints and PIN that I supplied, now my Micro SD card is corrupted even though I removed it at urging of tech support.
