Help no one can find my bluetooth

I have the HTC MAGIC VODAFONE with an O2 sim. I can find everyones phone via bluetooth but noone can find mine....

anyone experienced this or have a cure?

i have also a bluetooth problem and im` trying to solve it via bluetooth software like bluex , bluetooth file transfer go to this thread maybe you can find the software which carl c suggested to me is useful for you

but for your info the bluetooth in HTC magic also supporting the headset connection not file transfer. and also to be discovered from others in the bluetooth setting you must press the botton called discoverylet it on.
