How do I download this thing.Even the guys at Best Buy couldnt download it. I hate this product.I just hate it.And it doesnt connect with any thing.its just junk,I got totaly ripped off.

Hi Carolyn and welcome to android forums. Unfortunately, without knowing what the thing is you are trying to download, or the device you are trying to download it to, there is little advice i will be able to give you.
