Help no one can understand me

I got my S2 a year ago and I don't know whether I have GB or ICS. I haven't updated anything, so I assume I have GB. My problem is that EVERYONE who talks to me complains that they can't understand me on my phone. They don't have trouble understanding me on anyone else's phone, so, just in case you think it's me, it's not. Also, lots of times the person I'm talking to hears themselves talking back to themselves and, so they can't talk to me for hearing themselves. Sometimes, when I have my bluetooth in it helps that particular problem. Help me!! I have searched all over this site and can't find anyone else with the same problem. Oops, just found one, but that's the only one. Since having all the problems, I have switched from Sprint because of additional problems, but my neice wants my phone and I'm very afraid that she will definitely continue to have the same problems. Does anyone else have these problems and does anyone have any fixes? :(

I usually use it till it's dead. Occasionally, I take it out for up to 30 minutes or so. It could be next to the phone while I shower.

I am just wondering if the bluetooth is interfering with your phone-- if you are trying to use the phone without the bluetooth and it is within range, then the phone is using the bluetooth microphone and ignoring what you are saying into the phone mic.

Sounds to me as if you have a faulty mic or speaker so giving the phone to your niece would be akin to passing the problem onto her.
The feedback (hear themselves talking) usually comes from your volume being too high.

I noticed you said "sometimes when you have your BT
