Error message pops up when I go between apps and different screens. Why is this? Can I stop it as it is a bit annoying. Thnks

Did this get an answer, I'm having the same problem.
No concrete answer but you can have multiple screens.

With my Note 8: goto SETTINGS-APPS; select the 3 dots in the upper right corner; select SPECIAL ACCESS; select 'Apps that can appear on top'; select everything and the message should not pop-up anymore.
