No picture or sound

I just got a new MX PRO box, I tried setting it up earlier and am getting no sign that it is working. The power light is green, I am on the correct source for HDMI on the tv, I have tried 2 cables that work on other devices so are definitely working. I have also tried the red white and yellow cables and nothing on those either.

Anything obvious that I'm missing or have I just got a broken box?

Hi did you get it working I've got the same box been workin fine downstairs but tuk upstairs and I've same problem as you,I've tried on 3 diff tvs and the same but as soon as I put in back in the lounge it works. I'm confused
