Help No pictures found, no gallery viewer works

The other day I noticed that no pictures were showing up on my Gallery ICS app, so I unistalled it and reinstalled it, that didn't work. So I enabled the default gallery to see if it was just the one app, and still nothing.

I know a few days ago I disabled a few new items but I can't remember which they all were. I am thinking that is whats causing my problem, would anyone happen to know if there are a few services that the gallery apps need to find the pictures in you memory?

Are you using ROM Manager by chance? I remember it causing pics not showing up cause of a file it creates on the sdcard.
