Root No power button and stuck

My power button recently broke and I had just been using the volume buttons for wake on the CM nightlies. The phone died and only would enter the charging mode so I tried booting using a computer with known good drivers and adb. Issues was then reached because though I had debugging on I hadnt connected it to a computer since latest flash to do the security handshake.

Since I could only enter download mode I figured I would just cab flash and try turn debugging on from the start up after the flash and the use adb from there. But next road block. I get a freeze at the 4g lte screen. I dont remember what make this hang but if my horrible memory is right its the data partition if so how could I clear it without a power button?

Or I just fail and need assistance.

Any help would be great I have no back up phone and have no money for a new one for some weeks to come.DX

Eww, that's a tough one. One thought... since you've cab flashed, it "looks like" it's stock, so maybe take it in and see if VZ can help you with the broken power button?

If you can force it into download mode you should be able to use the lg recovery tool. Or that works for me 9 times outta 10. Just gotta catch it when it boots to keep the screen from going off

The problem is after I cab flash with the lg tool is that it hangs a the 4g lte screen and doesnt boot.

make factory reset. Will erase all programs and data. This required after cab flash to run fresh without remaining old config from other ROM.

The problem is no power button means I can is the button combo to do so... I need to do it some other way.
