No Replacement for Lost Device :(

I just realized/learned that whether through Project Fi or the Google Store, device protection does not cover device loss. Verizon's Total Mobile Protection will replace it if lost (albeit they have a higher deductible).

Now I'm like :(

I've never lost a phone, so I've never needed to worry about that. I mean, my phone barely spends enough time out of my hands to get lost. But leave it to me to lose it now that replacing it will be at full cost :( LOL (but not really LOL).

I used to buy Verizon's insurance plan, but after 2 or 3 years, I looked back and saw that I had spent the price of a high dollar phone.... and then I used it once and they hit me with a $100 deductible!!!!

piss on that, no more, quoth the Raven, never more.

^ LMAO

Yeah, two years worth of protection comes up to $264 vs Google's Protection at $99. Project Fi offers it at $5 which adds up to $120 over two years. Verizon is a savage.
