No ring tone.

Good morning all,
My Galaxy J7 crown, for some reason will not allow a ring tone. It automatically reverts to the "silent" mode.
Anyone else experienced this?
Anyone have any hints on what could be the issue?

My wife has the same phone purchased at the same time and hers works fine.
Very curious.

This is a big issue with your phone. You can complain about your phone in an authorized service center and change it.
