Help No root- Can I get around "This version is not compatible" in Google Play

AndreaMe

I have an Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2, which apparently no one has a root for yet. My fav game says "your device isn't compatible w this version." I've emailed developers, who promise to test compatible w this phone, but is there any way around this? TIA

Without root? Nope. Sorry, you'll just have to wait for the devs to release an update.

Ah, I feared as much. Guess I'll have to wait for developers for the game or someone can figure out how to root this phone. Someone in another forum said they're going to root it by seeing how far they can make it bounce off the ground.

If you have heard back from the developers that they need to test compatibility, why don't you offer your services as a tester. It can't hurt to ask.;)

Before google updated their servers you could just copy & paste the game link in the google
playstore web into a web page that downloaded the apk for you, Then you put the apk in your
sd card and installed whatever app you downloaded.

It only worked whit free apps for obvious reasons, But single google did "something" that is
no longer possible. For region locked games like japanese apps, You could just use Qooapp
but if you mean normal apps like widgets, tools or such then you're out of luck...

Unless you have a friend whose phone is compatible and have him share the apk with you.
