Help No SD Card Seen In Yahoo Mobile Mail

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running the 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

When I try sending a email in the Yahoo Mail Application and try to put a attachment to the email the phone won't see my SD Card where my file is.
Does anyone know of how to fix this or can it even be done? Or is there a way to use my Yahoo emails without using the Yahoo Mail Application?

You can use the native email app (Gmail) to connect to Yahoo mail. (You can actually use any email program.) You need the following information:

Outgoing (SMTP):
server address: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
user name: Your full Yahoo! Mail email address (including "@yahoo.com")
password: Your Yahoo! Mail password
port: 465
TLS/SSL required: yes

Incoming (IMAP):
address: imap.mail.yahoo.com
user name: Your complete Yahoo! Mail email address ("example@yahoo.com", e.g.)
password: Your Yahoo! Mail password
port: 993
TLS/SSL required: yes
