Root No Signal

My samsung mesmerize has no signal and i dont know how get a signal ive tried everything ive called customer services and they couldny help me , can someone please help me get a signal!!!

If you bought it from US Cellular, take it back to the store. Its covered under the belief project as well as the warranty.

If you bought it from Craigslist, you may have been sold a bad phone.
